My childhood friend has been through some tragedies. He chose the name for this painting. The subjects are two of his children roping together on a couple of his memorable horses. His daughter died in an accident her first year of college. When his son was taken due to injuries sustained in a car accident, he posted this photo of them roping together. I did this painting for him and his wife in memory of his children taken too soon.
