On a trip to Catalunya Spain, we stayed in a lovely little cottage called Can Poeti. We walked to the market in the village and picked up some product. I put it in a basket on the kitchen counter. The sun shining through the window, the fresh produce, the peace of the stream flowing by...it pretty much summed up the perfect simple day in rural Spain.
